There he was, the one lone soul by the water. There and then, he felt truly free, for his was the true world, the one true world free from all its complexities and vanities.
Ease was the one thing that filled his mind, for he knew none was watching him. Silence seemed to be his one true companion, shielding him from the harsh verities of life.

Slowly, he allowed himself to sink deeper into the depths of the freezing waters. The distant playing of a piano was the only sound there was, creating a subtle yet electrified atmosphere. Deeper and deeper he sank, surrendering his very body and soul to the freezing depths…

He knew then, that he was experiencing the most beautiful event in the entirety of this world, the event that was nature exhibiting itself in its most splendid and purest of form [Flashback to the scene from “American Beauty” of a bag being blown around by the wind]. All that filled his mind were the raindrops that seemed to fall with lives of their own, virtually dripping and falling from every point in the sky. They seemed to dance along the water’s surface, before finally dissolving into oblivion…

He put his lips against his bare arm, feeling the tingly sensation of the coolness of his skin- almost a kiss that he’d always hoped for. Realization crept in, a realization that he won’t give to be anywhere else in the world, just him and his thoughts, for silence was his master. He knew he had to abandon the world he knew before in order to be free, for he was trapped deep in the dungeons of his mind, a harsh dimension to the world he lived in…

Deeper still he sank, allowing himself to be one with the coldness, yet he knew that though his surroundings were physically cold, there still remained a spark of humanity, of realization in him, a spark that provided for a embracing warmth deep with his soul that conquered all.

It has been said that our eyes are the windows to our souls, yet he knew that a certain sparkle (much unlike the sparkle one would find from the eyes of an amazed child), had long since disappeared from his soul…

A wave of serenity swept over him, almost tremulous and tender in it’s longing for a human soul. As he took in each lungful of the wintry air, he knew that the only place on earth where he could find solace was right there, with a dragonfly, a bee and ants as confidantes. The coldness made him numb, but He loved the coldness, for it wiped out the pain…

Psalm 23- Revised student's Edition

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not Flunk;
He keepeth me from lying down when I should be studying.

He leadeth me beside the water cooler for a study break;
He restoreth my faith in study guides;
He leads me to better study habits
For my grade's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of borderline grades,
I will not have a nervous breakdown,
For thou art with me.

My prayers and my friends, they comfort me;
You givest me answers in times of blankness;
You anointest my head with understanding.

My test paper runneth over with questions I recognise;
Surely passing grades and flying colours shall follow me,
All the days of my examinations.

And I shall not have to dwell in this school forever.
!AMEN!

*Feel free to pray this prayer in times of uncertainty or trouble.... It WILL Work.

-Stay tune for more Study Prayers...

A Crime?

Is it yet again another crime to be different? To be unique? Individualism was given for a reason... As stated in the Bible, "Those who judge shall be judged", we should never judge someone for his/her individuality... Is it really a crime to be an extinct breed? My body may live in this modern era, but my soul, my mind- Lives elsewhere... The one deformity of the human Race was it's disability to see past faces... I may not be deformed but a shield, a special aura surrounds me. Everyone has one... it's up to you to find it within you... Perhaps it's due to this that my soul is tortured on a daily basis... Though I've finally found another Extinct Breed too... : )

A Crime??

Is it truly a crime to live in an age, an era where true love exists, while the body lives in an ever-modern world of fake hearts with people who display a probable wide-range of love quotes on probably their MSN Messenger accounts without actually even truly understanding them?!?! These people deserve nothing... for the greatest thing a person can and probably WILL, ever learn in his/her life is just to love, and be loved in return...
Will false charmers- these worshippers of a incredulously fake Don Juan reign in this age while the poor/poverished suffer. Will we live for love or money? Will it take a death of a loved-one for us to "WAKE UP", step up our lives and live? Think about it...

It's nothing personal, it's just business...

Doing business is not just all about being qualified and having the right skills. Being a teamplayer is simply NOT enough. Combining the right smarts with the proper attitude makes a perfect businessman and/or entrepreneur.

LoSt??
Imagine getting trapped on a unknown island without getting rescued for a period of time... Of course nobody wants to get trapped on a island inhabited by Human-eating creatures, such as those seen in the HIT, drama series "Lost". But picture yourself trapped on a picturesque and serene island, where your daily living neccesities are of little as a problem to you. Imagine being able to forget all of your worries of the stressful woes of life and being able to reflect on how you have lived your life before. Such a life has it's advantages indeed...

"Note to self: Forget the note!"

4th mystery: Ourselves

Did you know that there are 2 parts to our "inner-selves"? One part is our "true" self, the part and/or side that we portray ourselves to be in our daily lives. Another part is our so-called "conscious", the part that controls our every step and move and if we do wrong, we find ourselves unable to forgive ourselves, the part that provides resistance. This second part is sort-of, seen in the NIKE advertisement, advertising the NIKE free shoes.

"We should step out of the person we've been lately, into the person we really are, into the person we were meant to be... only then can we find peace and our true selves."
